1 CTI SUITE TSP DETAILS TAPI allows an application to access telephony services provided by a telecom PABX. In order to implement its access to ETRADEAL, a TAPI interface has been developed by Etrali. As a result, a customer can design his own application using TAPI, and can control the turret from a PC. However, TAPI developers are often not familiar with telephony. Furthermore, the ETRADEAL system is not a standard PABX and even though some functions have the same name, they are used quite differently on Etradeal. That is why it is necessary to introduce some definitions of the terms most commonly used. Deployed Architecture Centralized Architecture

2 ETRADEAL CTI TSP is a TAPI v2.2 compatible TSP. Among all available TAPI functions, only a few are supported by the CTI Suite TSP, as they are either related to actions that the ETRADEAL system does not support or their implementation is not required at this point. 4 Note 1 As documented by Microsoft, linedevspecific () function is designed to access device specific features. In the current version of CTI Suite, ETRALI s TSP provides the following features: Get the current turret key value. Get the current turret key name. Connect a user to a turret. Disconnect a user from a turret. Note 2 We highly recommend using lineinitializeex() instead of lineinitialize(). Using lineinitialize() may produce unpredictable results when negotiating the TAPI version to be used with the TSP. Note 3 As documented by Microsoft, linemakecall() function last parameter LINECALLPARAMS can include available device specific parameters. The ETRADEAL TSP uses device specific parameters when applications have to: Take a specific ETRADEAL line (without dialling a number). Take a specific ETRADEAL SDN number.

5 ETRADEAL CTI TSP supported call back messages: Note 4 As documented by Microsoft, linegetcallinfo() function s last parameter LPLINECALLINFO can include available device specific parameters. The ETRADEAL TSP uses device specific parameters in order to report: The ETRADEAL line and system used for a call The ETRADEAL SDN number used for a call Note 5 As documented by Microsoft, LINE_DEVSPECIFIC callback message comes with 3 parameters dwparam1, dwparam2 and dwparam3. The ETRADEAL TSP uses dwparam1 to define 2 device specific messages in order to: Report the key number that was just inserted in a ETRADEAL turret. Report that a key was just removed from an ETRADEAL turret.

Leveringstermijn : In overleg; de planning van de installatie zal bepaald worden na het ontvangen van de bestelling en in overleg met de opdrachtgever. Garantie:1 jaar. Deze verplichting dekt gedurende 1 jaar vanaf de in dienst name van de installatie, alle herstellingen en alle vervangingen van materiaal dat defect is gegaan bij normaal gebruik ervan. Alle bijkomende kosten zoals arbeidsloon en verplaatsingkosten dienen te worden gedekt door een onderhoudscontract volgens de voorwaarden vermeld in deze offerte. Betalingsvoorwaarden : 100 % contant bij ondertekening van het contract. Tenzij anders weergegeven, zijn de diensten verbonden aan deze offerte uitgevoerd tijdens de werkuren; werken uitgevoerd buiten de werkuren geeft een verhoging van de prijs met 50% s avonds en in het weekend en 100% op zondag en feestdagen. De totaalprijs van het project alsook de deelprijzen zijn gebaseerd op de eenheidsprijzen van de producten en hun geschatte hoeveelheid voor de aangeboden configuraties. Indien de gevraagde eindconfiguratie verschillend is van de aangeboden configuratie, zullen de totaalprijs en de deelprijzen aangepast worden. Geldigheid : Deze offerte heeft een geldigheidsduur van 30 dagen.
